Make most my meals at home, processed free, no sugar,white flour or soy unless it is fermented. Cook with coconut oil and ghee. On yoga nights will have a whey protein drink. Read the labels on everything I buy. Use organic , hormone free foods. Pay attention to the dirty dozen list. Drink kombucha. Get enough rest. Work out more. Enjoy my a little slower. Be in the moment! Be gentle with myself and others!

eat more organic foods,especially milk,meat,fruit and vegetables as much as possible.

I am going to plan my meals in advance and eat more fresh foods instead of frozen meals...working well so far :)

I am definitely going to eat more sweet potatoes and drink more water - pretty good on the
other foods - never eat farmed salmon yucccc!

I have began to bake & create my own sugar free cakes & cookies. Using alternatives to white bleach flour. Also dehydrating my own sweet treats, snacks & chips.
