I am going to plan my meals in advance and eat more fresh foods instead of frozen meals...working well so far :)

eat more organic foods,especially milk,meat,fruit and vegetables as much as possible.

Make most my meals at home, processed free, no sugar,white flour or soy unless it is fermented. Cook with coconut oil and ghee. On yoga nights will have a whey protein drink. Read the labels on everything I buy. Use organic , hormone free foods. Pay attention to the dirty dozen list. Drink kombucha. Get enough rest. Work out more. Enjoy my a little slower. Be in the moment! Be gentle with myself and others!

I plan to eat less meat, especially beef, using recipes from the book, Forks over Knives.

Listen to my body and only eat when I feel hungry (I'm two weeks into this and have already lost some weight)

I plan to eat a protein rich breakfast such as eggs, or fruit smoothies. Eat chicken salads or soups for lunch and eat a sensible meal for dinner. I also plan to ramp up my exercise.
