Can you eat fish?
What about some roast salmon with a mixed bean stew? (mix of kidney, black eye bean and aduki beans)
Or a roasted sweet potato(cut in half) brushed with pesto a toppoed with diced roasted peppers?

salt, trans fats, salt, cholesterol, salt, processed food and (did I mention?...) salt.
If I can't find a Nutrition Facts list for a recipe, I'll ignore the recipe and
forever leave the associated website.

I avoid Processed foods, cheese, whipped cream, chocolates(to an extent).

I limit or avoid sugar and any processed foods.

Try to limit red meat and avoid fatty meat and chicken skins. Limit sugar intake as well.

I have replaced soda with tea and water, I only use a small amount of salt when cooking, and never add it again.
