Definitely REFINED SUGARS and anything DEEP FRIED. In time, it gets easy to say "no" to junk like DONUTS (used to love, love, love donuts!) Oops! Still do, but am able to resist. Yay! I now buy NITRITE/NITRATE free deli meats as often as I can. Using less CANNED FOODS.
Cooking less RED MEAT. Am Asian, so trying to cook more like mom by preparing meals with steamer more often, yum! and much less FAT. Even my picky kids will eat.
It's not giving up "yummy" food, it's eating well and taking care of our body. What many call "yummy" is really garbage that render our tastebuds temporarily happy, but is so damaging. . STAY HEALTHY!

I tried to cutoff oil & sweet(suger) from my diet plane, is it right?. I eat everything in limit.

I try to avoid vegetables in general. And beans. They both give me very bad gas and I don't see how that could be healthy.

We try to limit everything on the list. Saturated fats and sugar is a no-no.
