I avoid adding salt but never use processed food. Cook from scratch.

I try to avoid fried foods and processes complete frozen foods

I avoid any fried foods unless I cook it myself, like in EVOO

Dairy and meats. I find that I swell and slow down.

I just stick to my macros, period. no need to feel deprived; life is meant to be lived and enjoyed. food is not supposed to be some difficult obsession. as long as you keep your calories in less than the calories you spend, i say, have your mac and cheese AND your ice cream!

I never drink milk, due to all the hormones and antibiotics that come with it. I eat no red meat. No added salt. I NEVER consume chemical poisons such as artificial sweeteners. Limited consumption of cheeses. I do not drink soft drinks, prefer water or sometimes fruit juices with no added sugar. Do not
use canned foods - loaded with salt and always over-cooked. I seldom use sugar.
