#1 is processed foods. Chemicals, artificial flavors, too much crap (including ambiguous and misleading "natural flavors"). I avoid as much as humanly possible.
#2 is added sugar in just about any form. I use as sparingly as possible.
Everything else, I go for moderation. I don't believe any of them are too bad, in reasonable, moderate quantities. Now, if you're eating a cow a day...smothered in salt...and butter...on Wonder Bread...that's something else entirely.

Processed foods, definitely, plus extra sodium in any thing. I prefer to use herbs and spices!

Except for bison, I avoid all red meat and all of the other items on the list. I also do not eat peanuts, soy, dairy, gluten, refined white sugar and artificial sweeteners.

pre-packed, pre-prepared, pre-cooked and pastries I avoid as much as possible, although I love pastry and a good pie, it doesn't love me (alot of p's!)

Chemicals should be first on the list - things like msg, aspartame, and other artificial sweeteners and flavors...

We eat vegan almost exclusively try to avoid all of the foods listed.
