Processed foods,sugar,fried foods and I limit beef

I avoid processed foods also I am on a low carb diet because of diabetes. I cook at home and use herbs as seasonings. I feel much better also.

Limit my carbs. Eat lots of fruits an veggies, Limited red meat, no soda pop, But I eat everything else in moderation.

I try to avoid/omit bread that is not made from whole grain, sugar, and processed foods.

I actually try to limit most of the things on that list but for both my husband and myself sugars are number 1 on our list of ''adding less" as we are both diabetic. He is on insulin already but so far I've been fortunate to be able to control mine with diet. I add very little salt to things I cook as I also have high BP and we are fortunate to have a couple very generous hunters in our neighborhood who have graciously supplied us with enough of the best of red meats - venison - to last most of the year. We grow as much of our own fresh food as we have room for on our small city lot and are slowly converting most of our yard space into raised garden beds for food, flowers and herbs for seasoning and teas.

Gluten (found in wheat, rye, and barley) is out at our house. My daughter has severe ADHD and I have arthritis. Both of us feel better without gluten. I admit, we do miss certain foods, but I am experimenting in the kitchen to find replacements.

processed foods, I also avoid meat of any kind (from the supermarkets) i buy them from butchers, I avoid high in fat diary products , white bread of any kind, everithing with high sugar content, and everithing that contains more than 2 E-s

dairy, and (regular) breads. worst thing for me! (i naturally don't eat meats and processed food)
