High fructose corn syrup, all hydrogenated oils and processed meats with sodium nitrates or nitrites. I also avoid added and artificial sugar, limit salt, avoid saturated fat when possible and replace most processed foods with clean, close to the farm foods! It isn't easy but I do my best !

I've recently been striving for a fresher diet.....skipping deep fat fried foods....sugars, and eating too many carbs. . I've also been avoiding processed foods. Seems to agree with me as I'm dropping pounds much more easily.

Not enough emphasis in food industry on reducing carbohydrate content (white flour, white sugar - highly refined) and increasing awareness of gluten intolerance. I put the blame squarely on Monsanto who spends billions of dollars to put GMO grains in our food chain. It's shameful.
