If it comes in a package I don't need it. I make everything from scratch- no mixes, no frozen crud, no prepackaged junk. I even have a girlfriend who mills flour for me. I believe in whole foods and clean eating. I'm incredibly lucky to have an outstanding farmers market near me that enables this kind of diet.

Dairy, gluten, sugar, processed foods, and any foods that show up on my sensitivity tests.

I try to limit processed foods and stay out of the middle isles at the grocery store.

Sugar,wheat, sodas,all processed food. I eat vegetables,fruit, nuts,and some protein.

I have replaced soda with tea and water, I only use a small amount of salt when cooking, and never add it again.

Try to limit red meat and avoid fatty meat and chicken skins. Limit sugar intake as well.
