No gluten, dairy, soy, corn, peanuts, pork, tomatoes, potatoes, sweet peppers, white rice, caffeine, alcohol, sweeteners of ANY kind, citrus (except lemons), no oils except cold-pressed olive and coconut. Nothing processed and packaged.
Have added hemp, red quinoa, amaranth, teff, millet, buckwheat. Now have added organically fed, grass fed beef and lamb, free-range poultry and eggs, after years of being vegetarian took its toll on my body.
Every body has different nutritional needs and sensitivities. It is worth discovering for each person, now that we've lost our own ability to be discerning about what affects us poorly.
Have had remission of arthritis, psoriasis, candida, lost over 50#, etc. Had tried everything else before to address these conditions. Nothing "conventional" worked.

First I gave up soda, then beer, less cups of coffee in the morning, then chocolate and all candy. Now I'm starting a 500 calorie a meal and 250 snack. Now I'm starting to see results.

sugar, salt, bacon, cheese, cream, puddings, pastries, cakes, sweets, crisps, i only have a packet of crisps occasionally as i don't really like them,

I don't eat dairy, red meats, processed foods, white flour, wheat flour, white rice, sugar, brown sugar, honey, maple syrup, corn syrup. Basically, I only eat fresh fruits and vegetables, egg whites, chicken and turkey breast, unsweetened almond milk, olive or canola oil, raw nuts and seeds. Feel great.
