What foods or ingredients do you try to limit or avoid in your diet to eat healthier? (Comments & Reviews) (Page 14)

No gluten, dairy, soy, corn, peanuts, pork, tomatoes, potatoes, sweet peppers, white rice, caffeine, alcohol, sweeteners of ANY kind, citrus (except lemons), no oils except cold-pressed olive and coconut. Nothing processed and packaged.

Have added hemp, red quinoa, amaranth, teff, millet, buckwheat. Now have added organically fed, grass fed beef and lamb, free-range poultry and eggs, after years of being vegetarian took its toll on my body.

Every body has different nutritional needs and sensitivities. It is worth discovering for each person, now that we've lost our own ability to be discerning about what affects us poorly.

Have had remission of arthritis, psoriasis, candida, lost over 50#, etc. Had tried everything else before to address these conditions. Nothing "conventional" worked.

Basically, I only eat fresh fruits and vegetables, egg whites, chicken and turkey breast, unsweetened almond milk, olive or canola oil, raw nuts and seeds. Feel great.
