I avoid all partial foods like table salt and white sugar. . .even synthetic singular vitamins and minerals for the most part. (I do take magnesium and vitamin C though.) I try to keep the hydrogenated fats, preservatives, GMO's and the cheap salt and sugar out of our diet completely, but it is hard to live that way 100%, so we just avoid processed foods (including dairy) and commercially grown foods at home, and eat out usually once a week or less and call it good. We get our food from local farmers as much as we can, and organic the rest of the time when possible.

Any diary, i've very sensitive to basically any dairy, like within a few minutes i start to not feel well

My only problem is with sodium. It is SUPER hard to limit THAT item since it's in so many foods, especially frozen foods and canned stuff, including canned veggies.

No fast food, red meat, sodas, dairy, canned food, processed food, sugar, salt. My diet is as basic as possible, fresh fruit, veg, quinoa, chia seeds, unsweetened almond milk, fish, green tea, water.
I gave up the real nasty habits like, cigarettes and alcohol years ago, best thing I ever did.

All MSG and related ingredients to monosodium glutamate.
Symptoms include rapid heartbeat, affects eye site, can not function.
All total complete body affect.

I avoid eating fried food, soda, salt and overly processed food. I'm a sugaraholic and really need to work on cutting out sweet snacks.

All meat. Cutting out a great deal of processed foods. Eating out only 1x each week. Cooking at home with whole foods, non-pesticide farmers market fruits and veg.
