But I limit my consumption of them all roughly the same. The refined grains are something I've always eaten little of, so it's not as much on my mind. Same goes for salt and sugar, with the exception of a rare serving of sorbet. I never drink, so that isn't a problem, and I generally don't eat more than 1/4 cup red meat a day. But I think every option on the poll is very important, and I would have chooses most of them if I could have. Follow a balanced, wholesome diet-- live well!

I am a subscriber. I tried to download the potluck recipes. Apparently you have a password of which I am unaware. I will NOT go to facebook to access this information, nor will I renew my subscription if this is the way you work. I value my privacy and had hoped you did also. Joan Bodkin

We have cut processed foods from our diet (my husbands endocrinologist is elated). We also try to avoid anything with high sodium, high in saturated fats and high sugar content.
