Unusual herbs and greens - such as Shiso Leaf - Chamomile - Lemon Verbena - Garlic Scapes - Curry Leaves - and Purslane - Mustard - Different varieties of cooking greens - and Okra! -- all the things that show up in Farmer's Markets that aren't usually in regular grocery stores - The more we know how to use them - the more Farmer's will be inclined to grow them.

I love avocado, tomato, onions, cilantro, cucumbers..and all kind the frutas. In summer eat a lot vegetables and fruits.

WE USE THE SEASONAL FOOD AS PER THE AVAILABILITY IN THE MARKET!THE ONION,THE GINGER,THE GREEN CHILLY.,GARLIC ARE MOST PERCHED IN WINTER SEASON, IN THE SUMMER SEASON,ALL TYPES OF PEARLS AND MILK MADE ARE USED AND THE MONSOON, THE RICE,THE VEGETABLES ARE USED IN OUR GUJRAT!
