I and my family try to do a s many of the suggestions listed. We bring our own bags, buy organic, local and sustainable products when we can. We eat red meat only twice a month and I have started preparing vegetarian and vegan meals at least 3 meals a week.

My husband and I do all of these and we became vegan 11 months ago. We are seniors and healthier than we have been in many years and have lots of energy!

I would think/hope many people do most of these- but it only allows you to choose one? I chose local/sustainable as that is the most important to me.

I do all of the above except I do not eat any meat. Try to make sure we do not waste anything.If we do get a plastic bag at the store if my bags are not going to hold what I purchased we bring them the next time we shop to reuse them.
