Sleep is a waste of time, I wish we didn't have to sleep.

I think that coffee, like everything else, must be taken in moderation. A cup or two in the morning does not prevent me from getting a good nights sleep, but if I drink it in the evening, for sure.

If you are a fairly active during the day, some light exercise i.e. well before bedtime, you shouldn't have a problem.

Sleep ! I can function without coffee, but not without sleep! I routinely give up my beloved coffee when I start to have trouble sleeping. Last time, I quit drinking coffee for more than 2 years... now I limit myself to one cup of really good coffee a week. It works.

coffee doesn't affect my sleep as it usually takes my brain about an hour to shut down and i've been that way all my life. i'm bipolar and ADHD which is probably why so i read or draw before turning out the light...and there's nothing like a good cup of coffee in the evening.
