I am 67 years old and always amazed that 40 is used for the age when everything starts to go downhill. It just ain't true!!

As I get older, I need more sleep to function well @ work. Some of my friends/co-workers my age seem to never sleep, and they complain about it. They sometimes wake up hours before they go to work, and get a lot of chores done, but then they lose steam about 2 or 3 pm. On week-ends they nap @ that time. They complain because they still wake up EARLY the next am. I'm not sure how that relates to this poll, but I seem to do fine all day long because I sleep 7-8 hrs a nite.

For me sleep is precious. I'm 62. Last night I finally fell asleep at 5 a.m. That's with about 10 ounces of coffee au lait before 22 noon.

Is that even a real question?

Yes, most definitely a good night's sleep is so very more healthier any day then a cup of coffee!

I always say , maybe when I grow up I will like coffee; but I think at 60 I should know if i like it , and I do not. I have never acquired the taste for coffee, sorry.
