I take weight lifting, or toning classes, 3 or 4 times a week, and try to get a 3-4 mile walk on other days; usually gve myself 2 days off a week. Tried the ten-thousand-steps-a-day thing, but only regularly get to about 5,000.

I recently went from a size 16 to a size 10. When I was losing, I went to the gym three times a week, sometimes more if I felt like it, but always 3 minimum. When my clothes started getting baggy and loose, I had to buy smaller sizes, and it's kind of been expensive. I am just trying to maintain my weight now, so I am only going 1-2 times a week, and still eating healthy (and vegetarian). When I feel ready again, I will probably drop a few more sizes, as I am only 5'0". I am going into my second year of marriage, and we have both become very content and happy! :)

I love going to the gym and do it every day but there are days that I just hate it...I tell my friend who's my trainer as well that I wished I could eat anything I want and not get fat,which I know it's impossible...
It's funny though cause if I by any chance can't make it to the gym I feel like my day went to waste and that doesn't make me happy at all...

I am a diabetic and exercisse every morning for 30 minutes -- it's a walking video exercise that I follow. Feel great a love it. It is a two mile walk.

I run three times per week (m,w,f). I run 6 miles per session (or for an hour). I am 5'9'' and my weight range between 140 and 150 pounds (am 32). I love running! I feel great, plus I can eat what I want (somewhat). The only time I don't run is when the weather is bad. Not cold but bad! :)

I voted evey day, but actually, I take Sundays off. So I exercise 6 days a week and I hate to miss a day, but I enjoy my one day off.

There are ways to exercise, ie., even parking much further from the door to get exercise w/out even realizing that is what you are doing....we go to school, and have to walk quite a ways some days just to get to class and return to the car, also I go to Curves three times a week. I am 78 years old. We also go to weight watchers every Saturday morning and I have lost 15 lbs and my granddaughter has lost 30 lbs. I have friends who walk 3 miles a day and I am trying to build up to walking just one mile a day. Thank the Lord for good health to do so. I think you need an in between category. I exercise about 5 to 6 days per week, certainly not every day.

I desparately need and want to get into a good exercise routine, but I am a full time caregiver for my wife who has Alzheimer's Disease. It is so hard to do anything for myself even though I know I need too. My diet suffers too.
