quick question regarding the dinners specifically. it appears that there are about 2 options for the main entree for dinner and then everything else below those 2 items... are those everything else you can eat? or do you need to choose from one of those? seems like a lot of food....cant believe i actually said that! :) — staceylmanning |

I've been tracking what I eat since last February. So far I have lost almost 40lbs by doing so... I never realized how much food I ate before tracking it! — Anonymous |

I agree that Tracking what you eat is important. It can really open your eyes to what you are really putting into your body. Elliot — Anonymous |

I am on day 1 of my food journal... I'm already scared to write down what I eat. I would like to lose 20lbs and keep it off. I really hope this works because I am miserable with the extra fat and I find myself eating more and not caring because I already have the extra weight and that is just horrible. — Anonymous |

Tracking what I've eaten has helped me to lose over 35 pounds this year. Keep track of your BLT's (bights, licks and tastes). Those little mouthfuls really add up on the hips. Darla, Cochiti Lake, NM — Anonymous |

Two weeks ago I started my food journal. What an eye opener! It was embarrassing and sinful at how much I was really eating. This has certainly helped me reduce my serving sizes and what I am eating. Rosalie, Whitehall, OH — Anonymous |

Yes I believe definately need to keep track of what you eat everyday, along weighing your self once a week helps me to loose the weight or to maintain your weight. Also, it takes a balance of exercise and diet, even if it is 20 minutes daily. Pam, Aurora, CO — Anonymous |

I am young but how I look really upsets me. People say i'm thin but I dont believe it. I try to eat healthy and I joined Ballys. I go to the gym 2 to 3 times a week for about an hour. I dont see myself loosing any weight! What can I do?! Jessica, Elizabeth, NJ — Anonymous |

I've kept a diary before and it really helped me. Then I got away from it and the diet. I really need to do this. I need a lung transplant and am 80 pounds too heavy to be accepted into the program. I need to lose this weight before my lungs give out, so I am on a race between my waistline and my lungs. Walking is difficult, but I am on my exercise bike! Encouragement and cheerleaders are welcome! Janet, Creekside, PA — Anonymous |
