Sounds like a plan... adding a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar to a large glass of water is the best way to get this into your diet. I can easily eat one slice of whole wheat bread a day as well as add the 2 tablespoons of peanut butter several times a week. Can't wait to start. — Anonymous |
