What will it take to get EatingWell to complile an easy-to-use / follow meal plan for it's users? This seems like such a great meal plan but sadly no one will really know about it because it is too difficult to follow. It is really is a shame because I believe the menus and recipes are very well done. Sadly, EatingWell's competitors make it far easier to follow. — Robin_327 |

Would like to see a complied, easily printable list. Many other have mentioned this. You took the time to create great options for people who are trying to make healthy changes in their lives. It would be nice to be able to utilize these tools with ease, as many people are working, have families, and other various commitments and don't have the time to print each item out one by one. — Anonymous |

For 7 days worth of menu items it has already taken me more than one hour just to write down 5 days worth....this is very time consuming and if you added a corresponding shopping list for each menu, it would certainly be helpful. I know the shopping list can be incorporated into the site, as many other sites offer a list that can simply be printed for reference while shopping. I notice most comments are months old and rarely, if ever, responded to. Mine makes only the 41st comment, so it would seem plausible to respond. My comment has already been adressed previously by another member without any acknowlegement on the sites part. — Sunny_7 |

This is a pretty great article. I like the way you can figure out the number of calories that you should be eating. This is pretty great! We definitely need to eat enough not to feel hungry and not enough that we lose the weight that we want to lose. I have some information losing weight on www.healthylivingthoughts.com that you can check out including a plan that has a grocery list. — Anonymous |

While nursing you need to add 500 calories to your diet, so make sure you add that in before subtracting 500 or 1000! Also, the last comment- check your math. You are only subtracting 1 calorie and 5 calories instead of 1000 and 500. Maybe you did it on purpose, but I thought I would let you know just in case. 3360-1000= 2360 — Anonymous |

On day 16, lost 8lbs so far. Takes some time to prepare and plan, but well worth it! Good food, feel like you are eating healthy rather than dieting! I plan a week in advance for meals and grocery list. — Anonymous |

In regards to some of the comments....WHY would someone want to lose weight that weighs 100 or 115 lbs? Why are you reading or even commenting on a WEIGHT LOSS plan article? — Anonymous |
