Hi I am a nursing vegetarian. I am 4'11" and I weigh about 130lbs. I would really like to loose 15lbs. How many calories day should I eat and is there anywhere I can find a menu plan specific to my needs? Thank you.

I am a pre diabetic I also have high blood pressure, acid reflux and gout. I really like your program but I am unable to follow your diet. Some foods that are good for diabetes are bad for the acid reflux and gout. and for high blood pressure I am on low sodium. I find it hard to follow your recipes. Do you have any comments as to what I can do. I already talked to my doctor.

As others have said, a shopping list and/or an "easy to use" version would be great, but I'd also like to see lower sodium daily plans as well. At least a "use this instead of this" for those of us that may not yet have hypertension, but may be borderline and do what we can to be healthier in that department as well (might as well throw lower fat/cholesterol alternatives in there too). Thank you :)

I have been told to eat 6 times a day for being a diabetic. I would really appreciate knowing what to eat and the amounts.

What will it take to get EatingWell to complile an easy-to-use / follow meal plan for it's users? This seems like such a great meal plan but sadly no one will really know about it because it is too difficult to follow. It is really is a shame because I believe the menus and recipes are very well done. Sadly, EatingWell's competitors make it far easier to follow.

Would like to see a complied, easily printable list. Many other have mentioned this. You took the time to create great options for people who are trying to make healthy changes in their lives. It would be nice to be able to utilize these tools with ease, as many people are working, have families, and other various commitments and don't have the time to print each item out one by one.

I suppose one option would be to print out recipes or cut and paste ingredients on to a word document froom multiple recipes, print it out and head to the store!
