EatingWell's 7-Day Gluten-Free Meal Plans are designed by nutrition and culinary experts to offer delicious, nutritionally balanced gluten-free meals at 5 calorie levels: 1,200, 1,400, 1,600, 1,800 and 2,000. The recipes don’t include wheat, rye, barley or oats, but serving suggestions may. The plans also include some commercial gluten-free products, such as breads, cookies or pasta; the nutrition data for the particular product you choose may vary from the values included in the meal plan and you may need to adjust the calories accordingly.
