As much as I hate to say this (hello...I’m the nutrition editor for a healthy food magazine), healthy eating just isn’t as cool during the holidays as it is other times of year (um, January!). Gluttonous temptations (many packed with butter, heavy cream, sugar and other ingredients best enjoyed in moderation) lurk everywhere.
But if you want to keep the pounds from creeping on and stay healthy during the holiday season, arm yourself with these stay-slim strategies as you head out to parties, dinners and more holiday gatherings.
