I am a Beekeeper, and an avid fan of eatting Honey especially before a workout. But I have to disagree with the comment made in this article about honey, "like sugar" in that sugar contains fructose. Sugar is SUCROSE, not fructose. Honey contains Fructose from the nectar of wildflowers.

Correction: sucrose is a disaccharide made up of glucose and fructose. If you want to be technical sugar (sucrose) does contain equal parts fructose and sucrose, whereas honey is made up of the monosaccharides fructose and glucose in their individual state via invertase.

I thought this article was about 4 superfoods in my kitchen that would help boost energy during workout. Other than the honey, which looks like your "facts" are screwed up on, I get from #2 that coffee doesn't do the trick, but rather caffeine capsules do. #3 appears like it's telling me to go for chocolate milk, but tells me that Gatorade is actually the same if drinking during the rest period, but better during workouts, and that I have to eat "vats" of yogurt to see the benefits of athletes! What a screwed up article!!!! That's 5 minutes of my life that I'll never get back!
