Popcorn. Without butter but with salt. It's comfort food to me.

variety of nuts,fruits and less chocolate is very satisfying,gives much energy too!

I love elbow noodles a little Smart balance and parmesan cheese (unfortunately it must be white noodles). I just get a craving every so often...delicious and sometimes mixed with peas????

I just love some good ice cream; sometimes with a banana or other fruits like strawberries. I try not to eat too much, but I probably always over do it.

So this article says that you should eat whole foods then encourages consuming low fat, refined dairy? Saturated fat from grass fed animals is good, whether it's dairy or meat, as long as it's whole and organic so it retains its vitamins and goodness. Saturated fats from coconut oil as well are also great. It's been proven time and time again that grains are bad for you even in their whole form, as well as legumes. Please fix this article.
