Wow, I believe there were six very good suggested remedies. Maybe they'll work for some people and not for others. I don't drink milk but I drink tea. So, I'll try the tea suggestion. And caffeine, I do not drink coffee or actually eat/drink anything with caffeine after 3 or 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Maybe I missed this in the article but stress, reduce stress in a number of ways, like meditation, walking, light exercises but not right before going to bed. Yeah, I agree with the placebo effect, whatever you try, believe it's going to work. Power of positive thinking, it works!
