If you get migraines regularly then drinking green tea will make your migraines worse. I found this out the hard way.

I am suffering from malnutrition and am 54 years old. My spouse had a very serious car accident when he fell asleep driving home and the car went off the road hitting a large tree. since then, in November 05, we have been struggling to pay bills and live. after losing our home, retirement money and insurance, it has been very different and difficult just to get by.
I have always been good at eating healthy, and have been a fan of green tea for years as well as probiotics and supplements. I can tell you for a fact, the difference in not having these available to us has made a huge impact on our health both physical and emotional. My husband has been depressed for the first time in his life. Of-course, he has issues that would depress just about anyone. We have been told only 1 in maybe 50 would have even survived the accident. He was able to because of his bone structure as well as being a very healthy person prior to then.
Everyone should do what you can while you are able to eat the healthiest foods available to you. You never know when something will make what you take for granted away making it next to impossible to afford even any food, much less supplements and fresh foods.

Green tea is good for you! I like it better cold than hot but you need to make your own and not get it from a plastic bottle. Tests have been done on the bottled cold green teas to show most of the good stuff is no longer in it. Also, green tea does expire, typically with a shelf life of six months. If you make tea and it's brown or yellow and not green or yellow-green, it's past its prime.

"Airborne" has worked for me for several years. It really makes me feel better and even in an emergency (such as starting a big expensive vacation) it has successfully fought off the symptoms of a cold right away. The answer is to take it every 3 or 4 hours for a couple of days, and keep it up afterwards to feel safe from any symptoms that might recur. I have recommended it to many people and it always has worked for them and for me. People tend to distrust this kind of remedy but if I convince them to try it, it always has been effective. The new berry flavor is much better than the earlier ones, and you can even put it in a clear fruit drink and it doesn't seem to be effected.

we have used Airborne for the past year. It has absolutely made a difference in the number of viruses we don't catch (when everyone around us is sick) and if we do get sick - we get over it more quickly.
