for gods sake just look at the very water from which sea salt is made off.our oceans specially close to big cities (where most sea salt is made )are full of all sorts of chemical, muncipal wastes so the salt made also contains traces of all such wastes as the salt making process simply evaporates water and what is left is sea salt,one the other hand rock salt was also made by water evaporation of sea water but thousands of years back when there was no pollution in water as well as in simple logic leads us to this fact that rock salt is much pure than present marketed sea other indirect proof is that sea salt is more bitter than rock salt (this is one reason that most chiefs prefer sea salt over rock but at what cost) than rock salt 'we end up consuming additional pollutants for sake of taste alone.

Sea salt usually contains additional minerals and the flavor can differ depending on where the seawater
was obtained. Some gourmet cooks collect a variety of sea salts and are able to identify the distinct flavor of each. Iodine isn't added to sea salt however iodine may be present depending on the water source.

All Salt is Sea Salt - there is no salt where there once was not a sea. Processing only makes it pour better and dissolve faster (since it is smaller crystals).

Neither is not the answer at all. If you eliminate too much salt. You will suffer many complications.

All processed food kills, manipulates or destroys healthy cells whether or not it the same scientic element. its how the human body process it. the best choice is to choose natural when possible

Table salt is made in the lab.. Na Cl = NaCl.
Sea salt is evapourated to crystals.

They smell very different and sometimes taste different to me.
