I found your header to misleading; I thought the article would discuss findings that show the link between too much sugar and heart health, which clearly does not occur. The information presented was interesting, but is only a bit of supporting information for what to do now that you know about the dangerous links between sugar and heart health. — Anonymous |

It's about time that added and natural sugar be listed separately. One is not healthy (added) and the other does not contribute to illness at the same rate (natural). Dessert = fruit. — Anonymous |

Thanks for some clear information regarding sugar - most of the nutritional data I have come acrossed on the web say no more than 60 grams sugar daily and I am like??? is that added sugar, natural sugar included what??, , It is hard to keep to that when a large apple can be 15g off the bat - - - am I really doomed to never enjoy a dessert again? Thanks for clarifying. I am working hard to eliminate processed foods when I can, but they are so convenient. — hautemustard |
