Because of certain conditions in my small intestine, those "healthy" oils seem not to absorb (eg, they come out the same way they went in).In very small amounts, peanut butter does OK. Not sure about constituents. I use canola oil to discourage stuff from sticking to a pan or microwave dish when I cook egg substitutes (or even real eggs). Any other suggestions to enhance memory? I'm only 59, but often seem too distracted to remember where anything is other than things liike keys ('cause they're ALWAYS in my right front pocket) — Anonymous |
