I can attest to that. Have been using Vit C on my skin for a long time and people are amazed how young I look.

I use a product by Reviva that contains vit. c, alpa lipoic acid, and dmae. I buy it at Sprouts and the Whole Foods Market. I am 45 and look about 30 most say.

I use vit c serum form Avon before the anti aging cream at night, also from Avon, but other companies sell the C line too. It does keep the skin soft and smooth and younger looking. I am almost 60 and no one can believe it

Lumene (available in CVS and Rite-Aid drug stores) sells alot of products that contain Vit. C. I also use a pure Vit. C serum though I can't remember where I purchased it. I also stay out of the sun, and people think I'm 15 years younger than I am - including my 15-years younger boyfriend! Shhhh! :)

My greek mother in law said that she was told to just rub grapefruit on her face once a day to keep her skin youthful. Pretty inexpensive!

I know that some people use lemon juice to lighten freckles. But the article did mean you should eat more fruit not wear it. LOL I'm going out to find me some vitamin c serum!

I thought it meant to ingest more foods with Vitamin C, not that the products everyone is talking about are not good to use.

I thought it meant to add more vitamin c to your diet. I'm sure the products used on your skin are very benificial but it does nothing for your bodies replenishing of the skin cells.
