My son is now wheat intolerant and my question is do I have to eliminate all products that contain wheat from my house. Does the mere fact that wheat exists in the house compromise him. As long I give him nothing w/wheat in it will he be ok co-existing in the house with some in closed containers.

What can i substitute in breakfast muffins for 1 tbl. of cream of rice cereal . Also in the carrot-oatmeal cookies what can i use instead of 1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour
