Today I tried "Quick Flaxseed and Chickpea Baguette.

All seemed to be going well...I followed recipe exactly.
Looks good, smells good. Taste...UGH!!! There is an awful bitter
taste. I can't figure out which ingredient or mixture of ingredients this is. I would love some feedback.
None of these ingredients are new to me.
Ideas?
