10. Fishing For Strong Bones
Just 3 ounces of sardines (eat the tiny bones!) packs over 400 mg of calcium. Noshing on sardines as if they were potato chips may not sound like the ideal snack to you, but try laying 2 to 3 sardines atop a whole-grain Wasa cracker and finish with a squeeze of lemon.
