This video says cranberry juice "CONSTRICTS" blood vessels. You do not want constricted blood vessels when you have high blood pressure. Instead you want something that dilate blood vessels so it will lessen the pressure of the heart can pump its blood with less pressure. Just like a garden hose.

As with all the news we read it is not all what they tell us but what "they" do not tell us. Regular cranberry juice in a container has a lot of sugar. I am pre-diabetic and all these tips do not always tell us what we need to know. However, I do buy an organic concentrated cranberry juice...1 tablespoon to 8 oz. water without any sweetener. I really like it and it also has good antibacterial properties for bladder and prostate.
