As with all the news we read it is not all what they tell us but what "they" do not tell us. Regular cranberry juice in a container has a lot of sugar. I am pre-diabetic and all these tips do not always tell us what we need to know. However, I do buy an organic concentrated cranberry juice...1 tablespoon to 8 oz. water without any sweetener. I really like it and it also has good antibacterial properties for bladder and prostate.
