1 1/4 c vanilla almond milk

1 1/4 c vanilla almond milk heated on the stove and a little less than 1c oats, mix in like 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/2 tbsp flaxseeds, 1/2 c frozen blueberries...YUM!! (sometimes I add honey)

I keep a mixture of slivered almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chopped walnuts, dried cherries, raisins, craisins and dried blueberries in a jar on the counter to use on oatmeal and as an occasional snack.

I turn my oatmeal into a

I turn my oatmeal into a smoothie. 1/4 cup of oats, small frozen banana, 2 TBL fresh peanut butter, and 1 cup of almond milk with a dash of cinnamon and nutmeg. It tastes like an oatmeal cookie!!

My other half eats peanut

My other half eats peanut butter in his.

I stir non instant oats with powdered milk, then add frozen berries and liquid milk and zap in the microwave. While that is running I chop nuts for on top, and add sweetener. Flax seed goes in if I have it.

As I cook the oatmeal I add in fresh fruit and cinnamon. All of it cooking together really adds great flavor to the oatmeal.

I like put egg whites, dried

I like put egg whites, dried cranberries and cinnamon in my oatmeal for that extra punch of protein :) Just cook the oatmeal first, not instant oatmeal, then add 2 egg whites whipped slow, let cook then add the cranberries and spices you wish. I also add some sucanat as well to as some sweetness. Yummy.
