Great flavor! Even my ultra picky 16 month old ate this. You definitely need to use a nonstick pan (12 inch). I started out in a different pan and had to switch to a 10 inch nonstick because that was all I had and half of the rosti was stuck in the other pan. I had a hard time getting this to stick together, but I think it was all the pan issue. Would certainly make again.
