Are people honestly getting that upset? If you know anything about healthy eating or are remotely interested in taking care of yourself you automatically buy the healthy substitute of everything at the grocer anyways(milk, cheese, eggs, corn tortilla= nonfat milk,high protein cheese, egg beaters, whoe wheat tortilla) so whether or not the author directs you to make substitutions shouldnt be that big of a deal.Anyone can figure as much. Give him/her a break... its an awesome and simple recipe. Dont criticise, just take the idea and improve on it if u feel u can. You can go both ways with this recipe,whether u feel like being a health nut or ur hungry for some taste every once in a blue moon!
