Beets please! My husband does not like most vegetables which is really tricky when trying to create a heart healthy meal plan. Our market has stacks of lovely beets. I bought some and roasted them in a little olive oil in the oven and he loves them! What else can I do with them? Thanx!

Unusual herbs and greens - such as Shiso Leaf - Chamomile - Lemon Verbena - Garlic Scapes - Curry Leaves - and Purslane - Mustard - Different varieties of cooking greens - and Okra! -- all the things that show up in Farmer's Markets that aren't usually in regular grocery stores - The more we know how to use them - the more Farmer's will be inclined to grow them.
