I never drink milk, due to all the hormones and antibiotics that come with it. I eat no red meat. No added salt. I NEVER consume chemical poisons such as artificial sweeteners. Limited consumption of cheeses. I do not drink soft drinks, prefer water or sometimes fruit juices with no added sugar. Do not
use canned foods - loaded with salt and always over-cooked. I seldom use sugar.

I'm hoping the comment on

I'm hoping the comment on avoiding veggies and beans is trolling. If not, there are ways to greatly reduce the amount of gas these food items give you and you really gotta eat them friend!

For me, it's dairy - which was not on the list. But I'm really bad about eating cheese or butter or heavy cream at every meal and it needs to stop.

Definitely REFINED SUGARS and anything DEEP FRIED. In time, it gets easy to say "no" to junk like DONUTS (used to love, love, love donuts!) Oops! Still do, but am able to resist. Yay! I now buy NITRITE/NITRATE free deli meats as often as I can. Using less CANNED FOODS.
Cooking less RED MEAT. Am Asian, so trying to cook more like mom by preparing meals with steamer more often, yum! and much less FAT. Even my picky kids will eat.
It's not giving up "yummy" food, it's eating well and taking care of our body. What many call "yummy" is really garbage that render our tastebuds temporarily happy, but is so damaging. . STAY HEALTHY!
