Quick and easy meal. I would like to add that make sure you season your vegetables well (a little salt and pepper) when sauteeing them. I did not do this and felt that the soup could have used a little bit of seasoning. Other than that the soup was great! I added about an extra cup of water so that there would actually be some 'soup' left in the left overs (tortellini will continue to absorb liquids even after cooking).
