I made this recipe with a few modifications:
10 oz noodles instead of 12 oz
1/2 yellow bell pepper instead of an onion
No celery
Feta instead of blue cheese
6 oz hot sauce instead of 5
It was delicious! I am not a big fan of spicy food, but my boyfriend loves spicy food, and this dish was perfect for both of us. He added hot sauce to his portion, and I kept my hot sauce at a minimum. I will definitely make this again!
