I made this for the first time the other day and followed the directions to a T. I was disappointed; I think my expectations were a little high. Don't expect more out of this recipe than what's in it. I will warn you that the crushed red pepper amount given is pretty strong. Personally, I love pork but not in a watered down chicken-broth soup. I say, save the pork for on the side and make a vegetable soup!
