I used the boneless thighs and the cooking time was accurate for them. I found the cooked oranges a bit bitter and think it would have been better to zest the orange and segment it to remove the bitter white pith. Of course that would take more time. I liked the other review's idea to add some OJ. That might have helped. I had the cilantro and it wasn't enough. Something was missing, not sure what it needed, though.
