I have made this recipe quite a few times,except I don't add sugar. If I do,I add honey,but I don't think it needs any sweetener,it is sweet enough. This morning I used 1 cup orange juice,1 cup mixed berries,1/2 cup mango yogurt,and 1 banana. It is so easy to blend,and it makes enough so I can have some tomorrow.
