Really Good!

This was actually really good! I used 2c skim milk and 1/3c all-purpose flour (i did not have corn starch), and i mixed in half of the blue cheese in the sauce and the rest on top. I threw a can of diced tomatoes in and I also used 6oz of buffalo sauce and it was perfect!! Great recipe! My only problem was that I thought I could fit everything into my big pan, mistake!
