I grill all most everyday with gas or chunk charcoal.
There's a grill here, but I don't use it. I live alone with seven cats, afte rall. Even my friends are turning into such vegans that it's tough to come up with a menu sufficiently tantalizing to fuel up the grill, and most particularly to know what fire starter to use for eminently fussy eaters who won't touch something that has fire starters with toxic fumes. In fact, even the smoke can annoy a few of these types.
I have a pampered chef grillpan and lid for the kitchen stove which I love. I use it for meats but also for veggies or hot sandwiches.
All of your grilling recipes sound GREAT! I finally feel so well advised about the fish & seafood ideas I can hardly wait for our silly weather to warm up (it actually snowed in Edmonton, Alberta CANADA) two days ago and some poor people north of here still have snow on the ground. It's okay here now with a coat on to grill outdoors, so am going to try one of your salmon recipes soon.
I think people are missing out on easy,healthy and delicious foods because they think grilling is hard,it's actually easy once you get the hang of it,we've tried about every fruit,veggie and meats,even sweets,thinking about this makes me hungry!! Try it ,you'll like it !!
I bought our grill as a Christams gift for my husband 4 years ago but I use it more than he does. I love to grill at least once a week when the weather is nice (and sometimes even when it is not). Over the past 4 years I have learned faster, healthier, and tasty ways to grill everything from steaks and salmon to corn on the cob and summer squash. I have also experimented with different marinades and sauces. Grilling was always my dad's domain, when I lived at home so I did not grill for the very first time until a few years after I moved out. Unfortunately hubby does not share my love for grilling as I found out (although he does love to eat what I have grilled.) But that is okay. I have become the grilling queen.
I use my Traeger Grill (pellet) several times a week. I love the convenience and the flavors it imparts to foods.
Grilling is nice, it taste good with Jamaican jerk seasoning.
Actually we have a grill but cannot be bothered to use it.

I READ THAT GRILL IS BETTER THAN FRYING BECAUSE YOU AVOID OIL,FATS AND IT TASTE GOOD AND MOST OF ITS VITAMINS REMAINS UNLIKE FOOD YOU FRIED AND COOK WITH WATER THAT'S WHY GRILL IS BETTER FOR OUR HEALTH.
WE GRILL ALL OF OUR POTATOES , VEGETABLES AND MEATS. OUR GRILL IS GAS AND HAS DIFFERENT TEMPERATURE ZONES. MY HUSBAND LOVES TO GRILL AND ALL I HAVE TO DO IS MAKE A SALAD OR SLAW. IT'S VERY EFFICIENT AND KEEPS THE HOUSE COOL IN THE SUMMER HEAT.
