What kind of apple you like

What kind of apple you like best probably depends on where you live. Honey crisps are the best in the supermarket and one of the best anywhere in my opinion, but nothing beats an apple (any kind) grown in the best place for that kind of apple .

granny smith cannot be

granny smith cannot be beat for all around recipes. Tart when eaten raw. Hold up when making caramel or chocklate apples. Stay crisp when baked in pies. Great making cider.
