Juice...orange, apple, fruit...water comes after my workouts. I only usually drink tea when I'm cold or sick. Coffee not often, maybe 10 24oz a year, only from wawa, french van cap. Yummy.
Neither. Water is in my cup throughout the entire day!!
I drink a home made hot Maca and cocoa mix drink or a pumpkin/butternut squash powder with cocoa mix.
I prefer tea in the morning, because it allows me burn fat while doing cardio...
